Hi,

My name is Paulina Angel, I'm a long-time community activist, writer and musician from Indio California.

This year, I lost my job as a Suicide Prevention Specialist/Counselor due to budget cuts at a federal level. To me, losing my job that I've had for close to 6 years was very traumatizing and had caused me some health issues. Now, I'm just struggling with finding work and just barely covering my bills with the very little money I get from unemployment.

I'm here fundraising for a couple of major bills I have coming up, one being my portion of the property tax of $600 for my house, my cable/internet bill which is $200 and money that I need to fund my next trip to see my surgeon which that trip will be costly but much needed.

I really hate doing these fundraisers but I'm in need for your help during these difficult times in my life.
