Paulie was our beloved brother, whose life was tragically cut short at a very young age. In his memory, our mother, Kristina Cavalieri, founded this nonprofit organization — a tribute to the love and light he brought into our lives.

Kristina passed away over one year ago. As we approach what would have been her birthday on Thursday, August 7th, we want to honor her legacy and keep the memory of both Kristina and Paulie alive.

Twice a year — at the start of the school year and during the holidays — Kristina devoted herself to packing backpacks for children in underserved communities. Each backpack was filled with school supplies, books, winter clothing, and other essentials to help support children and families in need.

In her spirit, we will continue this meaningful tradition by packing backpacks again this month. Any donation, big or small, goes directly toward enriching the lives of these children and continuing the legacy of love and generosity that Kristina and Paulie left behind.
