Hi, My name is Paula Gamble. I could sure use your help! After unknowingly suffering multiple heart attacks I ended up having a Triple Bipass Open Heart surgery. I've been unable to work for almost a month and I'm having problems paying my bills. Those of you who know me well know that it's hard for me to ask but, I feel I have know choice. With shut off notices for my water, gas and electric let alone the cost for food, I could sure use a helping hand. Thank you in advance to all who can help out!
