We are starting this GoFundMe on behalf of our dear friend, Paula Hampton, who is fighting to recover from a severe medical event. Paula is a loving wife to her husband Rodney, and mother to three incredible children, Gabby, Stephanie, and Aaron. She is a caring and devoted daughter, sister and friend. As an employee of National Seating and Mobility, she has helped countless individuals with disabilities navigate mobility issues over the years.
On January 5th, Paula suffered a stroke that left her paralyzed on the right side. Since then, she has been working tirelessly on her recovery at Parma Hospital Acute Rehab, with hopes of returning home soon. Her determination to regain her independence and continue daily rehabilitation is truly inspiring.
Unfortunately, Paula's home is not currently accessible, due to stairs at the entrance. This has created a significant barrier for her to safely come and go for medical appointments, and to participate in her children's upcoming milestones. We are raising funds to install a ramp that will make her home accessible, allowing Paula to focus on her recovery and be present for her family.
The financial strain from this unexpected event has been challenging for Paula and her loved ones, and your support can help ease some of these burdens. Paula is one of the most thoughtful, selfless people we know—always the first to celebrate someone's accomplishments or lend a helping hand when needed.
Please consider supporting her and her family during this difficult time. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in their lives.
