Paul is one of those rare people who makes every room a little brighter. He's the kind of guy who crack a joke to lighten the room, quietly goes out of his way for others without ever expecting anything in return, and genuinely looks out for the people around him. Whether you've known him for years or just met him once, you walk away feeling like you've made a friend.
Recently, Paul's life took an unexpected turn — he was let go from his job, a post he had dedicated himself to for over a decade, a difficult blow for anyone. But just one week later, he faced something even harder: he was hospitalized and diagnosed with colon cancer. On March 24, he underwent surgery to remove the cancer from his colon, and he is now beginning a journey that will require strength, resilience, and the support of the people who care about him.
As Paul recovers and prepares for the next steps in his treatment, he is also navigating the practical realities of life that come with a health journey like this — and that's where we can help. That's why I'm reaching out to friends, family, former colleagues, and anyone whose life Paul has touched.
Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward supporting Paul as he focuses on what matters most right now: healing. And if donating isn't possible, sharing this fundraiser or simply reaching out to let him know you're thinking of him goes a long way. Please keep Paul in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
