Hello everyone !! My names is James Winkfield and Paul Toliver is my cousin and he is needing a surgery on his teeth here soon. Medicare was going to pay for it but then they denied him so now he has to come up with a way to pay for the surgery . Hes in alot of pain at the moment and it is detrimental to his heaIth.
