Support Paul Dutton’s recovery

Hey everyone,

 

im Merinda, Paul’s daughter.

 

my dad was recently diagnosed with stage two cancer in one of his organs. Luckily they were able to diagnose it before it spread any further but he had to have a major surgery to remove the tumour and some of the surrounding tissues.

 

Dad’s recovery road ahead will be long and will be off work for at least two months. As he only started a job recently he doesn’t have much in the way of sick leave or other benefits. He won’t have any incoming funds over this time, while also having to support my baby brother who is currently finishing year 11. 

my dad and mum are not the kinds of people to ask for money or help. But will always be there for family & friends, whether it’s a bed to sleep in, a ride somewhere or a meal. 

 

any financial support no matter how big or small  will mean that he won’t have to return to work before he’s ready to, assist with paying the bills in the meantime and assist with paying for specialist appointments and other costs as they arise.
