I’m writing this on behalf of Paul Adams (Tall Paul), a coworker at LADWP who lost his home in the Palisades Fire. I lost my home as well in the Eaton fire and some of my IBEW union brothers got together and did a GoFundMe for me and I thought Paul could use the same help. This fundraiser aims to help Paul and his wife Michele to get back on their feet with the things that will not be covered by FEMA/insurance. Paul has dedicated his time as part of the Peer Volunteer program at DWP which helps guide fellow workers to recovery. It’s going to be a long road, but it’s comforting to know that our LADWP family has our backs and that we take care of our own.
