Juana "Patty" Gonzalez, or Grandma Patty, died suddenly yesterday morning, leaving behind her two children, her grandson, and family. At this time, we are unsure of what caused her loss, but would like to honor her wishes after death.

Patty was a light that burned bright in every setting, no matter what her condition. She was funny, full of life, and loved music. She loved her grandson and family selflessly. She was a giving woman, always ensuring that others were taken care of, despite her limited means.

We are asking our friends and family to help us fund her funeral costs. Patty did not qualify for life insurance and other options to ensure her passing was financially covered due to her medical condition. We, as a family, were not aware of the significant costs that putting someone to rest can cost and are hoping for support.

Every dollar helps and we are truly grateful for all of your help and support during our time of loss.
