My Transmission Died in my SUV of 13 yrs

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, My name is Patty Sanders from San Antonio Tx and I’m a single mom to Stephan and our dog Romeo. I just moved to San Antonio in September and it’s just been one strain after another with the move, work challenges and now with my SUV Transmission going out! This has caused a crazy strain on my household and mental health stress. The only reason I have a roof over my head is because my son and daughter in law are renting me their second home! I don’t want to be a burden to them for the upcoming rent while I’m trying to fix my car!

I never imagined I’d be writing this, but here I am—humbly asking for help to get through this very stressful season. I’m afraid if I can’t cover the cost of repairs it’s going to put a strain on getting to work because let’s face it Ubers are expensive during work hours.

Im also currently seeking other employment but that will take time and transportation. I’m also a single mother, doing my best to provide a stable, loving home for my son and dog! Life has thrown some unexpected challenges my way, and despite my efforts,
