Hi, my name is Jordan. I’ve created this GoFundMe on behalf of my mom, Patti.

Over the last year or so, my mom has struggled with some serious health concerns. Unexplained blood loss was met with a couple of iron infusions and even fewer answers.

Finally, several months and two colonoscopies later, she received a Cancer diagnosis in December. MRI and PET scans confirmed the mass is localized. We are so grateful to learn this is treatable and a full recovery is expected.

Over the next few months, she will undergo chemotherapy and radiation simultaneously.

I have created this GoFundMe on her behalf to help assist with the financial burden a Cancer diagnosis brings. Even with insurance, her out-of-pocket expenses are really challenging. Copays for radiation alone (Mon-Fri for 7 weeks) is $1,800 upfront. This does not include the cost of the actual radiation treatments, scans, prescriptions or Chemo infusions. Her out-of-pocket expenses are projected just over $10,000. This is money she just doesn’t have.

My mom is a single-income household and could really use the assistance. I am hopeful easing the financial stress will allow her to rest and recover as soon as possible. Please keep her in your thoughts. Any donation or share is most appreciated.
