Support Pat's Recovery from Brain Trauma
Donation protected
On 3/18/25, our dear friend, family member, and coworker Patrick "Pat" Blankenbicker collapsed and coded several times after taking a brisk walk around the parking lot of where he is employed. As of now, his condition is in a precarious state. Pat is facing an incredibly difficult battle, suffering from global hypoxic ischemic injury and mild edema without herniation. To put it in layman’s terms, he has severe brain trauma, which occurred from prolonged deprivation of oxygen and blood flow, in addition to increased pressure within the skull causing swelling of the brain tissue. A miracle is needed and we ask that you pray for his full recovery. Until that miracle happens, Pat’s treatment is in the doctor’s hands, and that means the medical bills are already beginning to pile up. We are reaching out for both your prayers, and any monetary help, in the hope of lessening Pat's and his wife Lisa's stress, in easing the financial burden on them and their family.
Pat has the biggest heart we have ever met, always willing to give a helping hand. He doesn't complain, even when volunteered into making several coworkers' special Halloween costumes. He is always willing to put everyone first and is a hell of a cook. Please, if you are able to donate, anything will help as Pat's wife, Lisa, has not been able to work because she is spending every waking day next to his bedside.
We thank you so much for all your help and prayers!
