Support Pat's Battle with Melanoma

Imagine hearing “you have cancer”. Now imagine hearing “you have cancer” when you are 43 years old, a husband with two young children and a small business owner. Our friend Patrick Costello was diagnosed with cancer this May. After persistently feeling tired and drained, multiple spots were found on his liver. Upon further testing, it is melanoma. While his medical team is determining the appropriate course of treatment, it does not change the fact that this is scary.

This is scary on so many levels: unknowns about the future; unknowns about how long treatments will be; unknowns about what the effect of all of this will be on his family; unknowns about when he will be able to return to work; unknowns about how this will affect them financially.

Pat is a small business owner. He is Costello Carpentry. If Pat is not able to work, there is no income coming in. While Stacey is picking up every extra shift she can, this is a drastic change to their income.

My ask of you all: friends, family, loved ones, acquaintances, EWG crew, fellow parents, golf partners, musical friends, carpentry clients and all others, how can we rally around Pat, Stacey, Caleb and Declan, and show them our love, support and generosity, and alleviate the financial uncertainty during this time?
