Our family is reaching out for help after an unexpected medical crisis. This past Sunday, our beloved son and brother, Patrick, was hospitalized following a serious cardiac event. We have since learned that his heart is functioning at only 15–20%.

Patrick has a 3-year-old daughter with his significant other, Amber, who both depend on him. Amber is a school teacher, and her income is limited to her salary. Due to Patrick’s condition, he has been unable to work and does not have insurance to cover the emergency room visit, hospital stay, and ongoing medical expenses.

We are asking for help to cover the cost of his LifeVest, necessary medications once he is discharged, and to provide a small financial cushion for basic living expenses so Patrick can focus on healing and being there for his family.
