Support Patrick's Fight for Penelope

As many of you know, Patrick and Penelope were reunited at the beginning of 2022 after being apart for over four years. A big reason for this was in large part due to the generous nature of so many friends and family that support Patrick. Despite his best efforts to maintain a fair and reasonable visitation schedule, we continue to find ourselves fighting an uphill battle for Patrick's rights as a 50/50 custodial parent.

Recently, Patrick has been representing himself pro se in court. Despite him doing an excellent job, he is not a lawyer. In order to continue to protect Penelope's best interest, and to further advocate for her, he is now in a position where he needs to obtain specifically, a "Father's Rights Lawyer" as well as a GAL (Guardian ad litem), which the court is recommending. We have met with several of these lawyers who require a very large retainer, in addition to the GAL's costly fee. We have recently found someone we both instantly had a great feeling about. We are confident that hiring this lawyer will finally lead Patrick towards accomplishing what he has been hoping, praying, and working towards.

This isn't going to be easy, but having this firm in our corner is absolutely going to make the difference. The proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the retainer ($5,000), his portion of the GAL ($2,500), and any additional legal fees that may occur. If there are any funds leftover after all legal fees are paid, the remaining money will go directly into Penelope's bank account Patrick has opened for her for college tuition. No amount is too small. Whatever you are able to contribute is greatly appreciated. Our only goal is to provide Penelope with the life she deserves.
