My name is Allison Veldhuizen, and today I am reaching out on behalf of my brother, Patrick Wedlake. Patrick, a loving brother, husband, son, friend and a veteran, has recently faced a terrible motorcycle accident that has left him with severe injuries and in much need of assistance.

On the day of the accident, Patrick endured unimaginable trauma. He suffered a 44mm laceration on his head down to his skull, along with a fractured neck, back, and broken ribs. His wrist, tibia, and ankle were all broken or fractured in multiple places, and he also sustained some internal damage. The extent of his injuries has left him requiring extensive medical care and rehabilitation for an unknown period of time.

What makes this situation even more challenging is that Patrick was the sole provider for his family. Now, as he fights for every inch of progress, the weight of medical bills and everyday expenses adds to the burden on him and his loved ones, adding to the emotional toll of his condition.
