Nothing hurts more than when your kids hurt.

Patricia Mikulan is a wonderful mom of 3 children and a wonderful friend to so many. Those who know her know she has been literally working her butt off these last years to become an RN and give her kids a better life. She has been going to school full-time, doing required clinical hours, studying nonstop AND working on top of that. She has been on survival mode for years, feeling guilty about being away from home so often, but always with the eye on the prize that she could improve her life for her family.

In this last stretch before graduating, however, she needs our help. Significant mental health issues have been afflicting her children and she needs to be HOME with them. As she has shared with us, this is her darkest hour, and we can bring some light into it. Whatever you can give will help reduce her working hours -meaning more hours at home during this particularly tough time-. It will also send her a sign that we care for her and her children.
