Support Pat in his Fight Against Brain Cancer

Donation protected
In February of this year my father, Patrick Savage, was diagnosed with brain cancer. For those of you that know our family well, you recall that this is not the first time he has battled brain cancer. However, the fight and the challenges that we are facing are very different this time.

My father has undergone brain surgery and is in the midst of an extensive period of chemo and radiation. Swelling on the brain is affecting my father's balance, mobility, and function on the left side of his body. This is creating immense challenges for my mother as his primary caregiver. We are having to rely on our very generous friends and family to help get through each day and get my father to and from treatment, albeit with great difficulty.

If you know Pat or Mary Savage, you know that the last thing they want to do is ask for money, even when necessary. However, my father is out of paid leave, so my parents are currently subsisting on a single source of income. Moreover, there are many additional costs related to his care and treatment.

If you have ever been impacted by the kindness and generosity of my parents, please consider giving to help them through this very difficult time. If you choose to donate, your money will go towards bills, medical expenses, wheelchair accessible transportation and possibly in-home care to help provide much needed assistance to my mother. Please feel free to share this link with others.

We are praying for and believing in total healing, but we are currently walking through the valley.

Thank you very much for your generosity and kindness.
