My name is Debbie King, and I am fundraising for my son Michael King. On April 27, 2022, Michael was diagnosed with widely metastatic testicular cancer. He is 30 years old. While this was a shock to him and his family and community, Michael has maintained a positive attitude and faith that God is in control. Unfortunately, Michael does not have health insurance, and his medical bills are mounting. Michael has been the worship pastor at Calvary Baptist Church for the past ten years and was doing what he loved but has had to resign due to the disease's debilitating symptoms and treatment. Michael is an inspiration to all of us in his unwavering faith that he will one day be able to use his gifts again to glorify God.
