Hi, my name is Joni Deardorff. I’m fundraising for the Samuel Swan family. Recently Sam had an aneurysm, his AVM ruptured, and he basically had had a stroke. By the grace of God, he survived. Now begins the long road of recovery. Sam is at UPENN hospital in Philadelphia , more than 2 hours from their home. He and his wife Kat welcomed their baby Thea just 4 months ago. Kat is the Reverend at Mountainhome United Methodist Church in Mountainhome, PA. This fundraiser is to help support Sam, Pastor Kat, and baby Thea during this journey.
