Hi everyone — I’m asking for help with emergency veterinary costs already incurred for my cat, Pastina.

Over the weekend, Pastina was rushed to the emergency vet and hospitalized after a severe, life-threatening asthma attack. He was unable to breathe safely on his own and required continuous oxygen support, injectable medications, and ICU-level monitoring.

The funds raised here will go only toward the emergency hospitalization costs already incurred, which total $6,597. This covered oxygen cage therapy, nebulization treatments, critical care nursing, overnight doctor supervision, blood gas testing, and the medications needed to stabilize his breathing and safely transition him off oxygen.

I was able to cover the first day of his care using my own savings, but the remaining balance had to be placed on CareCredit. I’m asking for help specifically with this portion of the bill.
