Hi, my name is Passion Jackson. I’m a professional rollerskater, instructor, and community builder. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of teaching skate lessons, organizing events, and helping people of all ages experience the freedom, confidence, and healing that come through skating.

Recently, life threw me an unexpected curve. After a difficult breakup, I had to relocate from Los Angeles to Chicago. This move was sudden, and I found myself without the resources or support I needed to land on my feet.

I’m currently facing housing instability living in a Shelter and struggling to get around without a vehicle, which makes it even harder to secure consistent work and rebuild the foundation I need. What I’m asking for is help with getting a reliable car and stable shelter while I find employment and re-establish my career as a skating instructor. My ultimate goal is to get stability to be able to fix my coparenting relationship and prove that I’m capable of being a good Mother for my child despite my past mistakes I made while just trying to figure my life out also I eventually want to open up my own Rollerskating studio/shop to be able to help others use skating as a tool for wellness and to help change their lives positively.

I’m not giving up. I want to continue doing what I love: bringing joy to others through skating and using my skills to uplift the community here in Chicago just like I did in L.A. But I can’t do it alone.
