I'm Simone, sharing the story of my husband, Pasquale, a lifelong saxophonist whose music has touched hearts across the world.

In 2023, Pasquale was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in his nasal passage and palate. Treatment meant major surgery, radiation, a bone graft, and the removal of his teeth and lymph nodes. Since then, he’s struggled to eat, speak, and—most heartbreakingly—play the saxophone.

In just two weeks, Pasquale faces another complex surgery at Yale to reconstruct his palate using bone from his leg and receive dental implants. Though life-changing, it’s not considered “life-saving” by insurance—so most of the $100K+ cost falls on us.

We’re doing everything we can to help Pasquale heal and return to the music he loves.
