Update: Richard Andrew Parmer Obituary

My nephew, Richard Parmer, 19, was killed by a hit and run driver this morning, November 29th, in Harlingen, TX.

Of course no one plans to bury ones child.

My sister, Kristal Parmer, will need help with expenses related to his death.
