100% of donations will be going to the Parkinson’s foundation
I've set myself a big goal this year: completing the 2-day 200-mile Seattle to Portland (STP) bike ride on July 12-13! As I train for this incredible journey, I wanted to use the opportunity to support a cause that truly matters to me.
As some of you may know, Parkinson's Disease has touched my life through someone very close to me, and I'm deeply committed to helping advance the search for better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
That's why I'm turning my miles into momentum for research! I'm inviting friends and family to donate per mile ridden, or contribute any amount you feel comfortable with, to this critical cause. Your support, no matter the size, will fuel my ride and bring us closer to a breakthrough.
While GoFundMe doesn't have a direct 'per-mile pledge' feature, I'm inviting you to support my journey in that spirit! You can contribute any amount you're comfortable with, with each dollar helping to power a mile of my ride towards a cure. For example, a $20 donation is like sponsoring 10 cents for each of the 200 miles I'll conquer. Your support, no matter the size, will fuel my training and my ride, bringing us closer to a future free from Parkinson's.
