My name is Paris, and dance has been my life since I was four years old.

I’m 17 now — a straight-A student, National Honor Society member, and someone who has spent more than a decade training, performing, and giving everything to the art I love.

This was supposed to be my senior year. My last season. My moment to stand beside my teammates — especially my fellow seniors — and say goodbye to the studio that shaped my childhood.

But my family is going through a difficult time, and the costs of continuing dance this year have become more than we can manage. My mom has always done everything she could to keep me involved, but this time the financial strain is simply too heavy.

I’m reaching out because I don’t want this to be the end of my dance story. Not like this.

I’ve worked too hard. My team has worked too hard. And I’ve dreamed of this year for too long.
