My name is Pam and I am reaching out to you for help.

I have been in the hospital since December 23, 2024, due to an unexpected medical emergency and am currently awaiting transfer to a physical rehab facility for further therapy.

As you may have guessed, I haven't been able to work during this time, but that doesn't stop the bills from coming.

I am asking for financial help to meet my monthly expenses so I don't lose my apartment or my belongings in storage.

My goal is $4000, which includes rent for January and February, electric bill, cell phone, monthly health insurance premium, and storage payment.

I hope to be back on my feet and able to get back to work within the next two weeks.

My medical expenses are covered through my health insurance, but no work = no pay, which means I am responsible for the monthly premium to continue coverage.

I am, quite frankly, ashamed to have to ask for money. I know there are many who are far less fortunate than me.
