My name is Pamela and I suffer from multiple chronic pain conditions. I am finally able to have the opportunity to see a provider out of the area... but there is a catch... we will need to make the journey an overnight trip. My family

is on a very fixed income. SSI and SDI are just enough to keep us going. We also will be making several of these trips over the next few years.

As we all know, weather is unpredictable and I can't see driving out of town to the appointment and back home in one 24-hour period. Myself or my family can't afford a hotel for the night. I hate asking for help. But I also hate the idea of missing the opportunity to finally get some much-needed help. Please don't feel obligated, but every little bit helps.
