Support Pamela Greer's Family in Their Time of Need

My name is Shanayah Wyche. I am a community organizer and journalist. I am creating this campaign to cover going away service costs and legal fees for my Grandmother, Pamela Greer's, unjust and untimely passing at the hands of Methodist Hospital.

On Sunday, June 22nd, my Grandmother went to Methodist Hospital in the Lower Moyamensing neighborhood of South Philadelphia for a normal visit after experiencing a fall at her home. During her stay, the nurses ran tests and found that she had a UTI. In an effort to correct this, the doctor ordered antibiotics, without consent from the family. After receiving this medication, her body had a severe allergic reaction on June 27th that resulted in her going into septic shock and experiencing 2nd degree rashes and burns. From here, her health significantly declined and she was pronounced deceased on July 2nd.

In devastation, the family is now fighting to get justice for Pamela. In addition, due to the condition of her body, we have a short time period to collect money for funeral costs. We are in desperate need of any and ALL help at this time.

Pamela was a kind soul, a wise woman, and loved her family deeply. Losing her in this devastating way is overwhelming for the family.
