Support Pam Comer in Her Battle Against Lymphoma

Hi! My name is Angela Seamster. Thank you for taking the time to read this story about one of my dear friends, Pam Comer. Pam is a fellow homeschool mama, wife, mom, grandmother, bus driver, church director, and friend to many! I'm sure I've left out one of the many hats she wears, but you get the idea. She is a busy lady!

Last month, Pam was blindsided by a cancer diagnosis that came barreling in out of nowhere. She found a lump in her abdomen and a few days later, a lump on the side of her throat. She was quickly diagnosed with a rapidly progressing form of lymphoma. Her scans over the next few days would show tumors not only in her throat and abdomen, but also on her spleen, thyroid, kidney, and pancreas. A port was placed, and chemo was started immediately. Pam is strong and pushing through chemo, but as we all know, insurance companies don't pay for every treatment that is needed. And only just a few weeks in, they have already denied 2 treatments that will help keep her white blood cell count up. This will put her at higher risk of infection.
