Support Palesa's Gender Affirmation Journey

Hello, hi and hey! My name is Palesa and I'm a transmasc non-binary person who is finally starting their transitional journey. I've found a surgeon willing to do my surgery within travel distance, however like the old song goes: my insurance will not be covering the cost.

I am going to be so frank with you all: I really need this to happen. I've spent so many years suppressing my feelings on my gender and now that they're out there and I'm finally moving towards my goal of being Me I won't survive not being able to do this surgery. So I'm begging on my digital and irl knees, any help you can give, any amount, sharing this, anything at all. Please help me become Me.
