We are a small but determined team of Pakistani MMA fighters traveling to Liverpool, England once again, to represent Pakistan on the international stage at the Kingdom Combat Championship after our tremendous performance in February, we have been given opportunity to fight again in one of England's and Europe's top MMA promotions. This is one of the leading MMA promotions in Europe.
This team Led by Mujahid Ullah Baig, a professional MMA fighter and dedicated coach, our team includes two talented young athletes — Laiba Mir and Jilbaz Khan - who will be competing at the highest levels.
This event is a huge step for all of us, not only for our individual careers, but for Pakistan’s presence in the global MMA community. No fighter from our country has yet fought at the Kingdom Combat Championship, so this is a unique achievement to be able to fight again in England, its all hardwork and skill that brought the team here.
Our goal is simple:
To show that fighters from Pakistan can rise to international standards which we already did in February competing against top Talent in UK, compete with the best in the world, and inspire a new generation of athletes back home.
Each of us has trained for years with limited resources, often balancing personal responsibilities and financial challenges. However, our passion and commitment never faded. Competing in the UK is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to prove our skills and gain the exposure needed to take the next step in our careers, and with our hardwork we made it possible, it was really difficult for us to manage everything during our last fights in Liverpool.
Despite our preparation and dedication, international travel and competition come with heavy costs and it took a toll on us so we are well aware of the challenges — including:
Travel expenses and visas
Accommodation and food
Training and equipment
Competition and medical fees
We’ve already covered part of the expenses through personal savings and loans, but we still need help to make the trip possible for all three fighters. Every contribution — big or small — will directly support us in representing Pakistan with pride and professionalism.
We promise to give our all in the cage and make our supporters, family and friends proud, you can watch our last performances on our profiles over Instagram etc to see our potential . This isn’t just our fight but it's a fight for the recognition of the professional and hardworking MMA fighters back home.
