In 2017, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor that has slowly changed my life. At first, I tried different medicines and went through many tests, hoping to manage symptoms like seizures and headaches. Over the years, the tumor has grown, making daily life much harder. Now, I struggle with low energy, little interest in things I used to love, and sometimes even experience vision blackouts. I get daily headaches—sometimes sharp, sometimes dull—and I’ve become very weak. These changes make it difficult to keep up with everyday life and be there for my family the way I want to be.

Recently, things took a turn for the worse, and I ended up in the ER. The doctors referred me to a neurosurgeon who told me that I need surgery to remove the tumor as soon as possible. My surgery is scheduled for January 22nd, 2026. While I know this is the right step, it’s also a scary one. Recovery will keep me off my feet for several months, and I won’t be able to work or help my family as I usually do. This is going to be a very hard time for all of us, both emotionally and financially.
