Red oak, tragedy has struck one of our local familes/small business is in need! Paige Guardiola, owner of Ewe Pet Petting Zoo, has had a pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, and is septic. She has successful survived one surgery to remove blood clots in her lungs, and tentatively preparing for another clot removal surgery in the days to come. We don’t know anything more than that at the moment but we do know that this family needs our support. Paige and the petting zoo has helped countless families in our community over the 30 plus years here. Maybe your first pony ride was at a kindergarten rodeo with Paige or countless church and community events over the years or your first job even was with her or a job when you were just in need. Paige has personally touched so many lives in this community two legged, four legged and even three legged! She doesn’t discriminate! And now it’s our turn to help her keep the animals fed and healthy while she recovers, and if we can take some of the stress off these surely to be large hospital bills that’s the least we could do for such a valued member of our community!
