I’ve started this GoFundMe for Pablo and Marbella, a kind and hardworking couple many of you may recognize from the entrance to La Negra in Guiones. Originally from Nicaragua, they’ve been a beloved part of this community for as long as I can remember, always greeting everyone with a smile and lending a hand wherever they can.

Tragically, their 25 year old son recently passed away while seeking employment in the US. As they face the unimaginable grief of losing a child, we are organizing to help them financially as they prepare to bring his remains to his homeland in Nicaragua. The funds will also provide some much needed financial support during this incredibly painful time.

Pablo and Marbella have given so much to this community with their warmth, generosity, and positivity. Now, it’s our turn to give back and support them in their time of need. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference.
