Mi nombre es Evelin Hugo soy hija de Pablo Guillermo Hugo Arias me dirijo a todos los miembros de la comunidad y solicito respetuosamente con el corazón lleno de angustia y dolor en estos momentos difíciles para mi familia. Dios toque sus corazones y puedan ayudarnos a recaudar los fondos necesario para poder cubrir gastos legales para que mi padre pueda volver a casa donde lo espera una familia llena de amor.

el día Lunes 9 de marzo al rededor de las 12:30 del medio dia. Mi padre Pablo Guillermos Hugo Arias y mi madre Rosario iban de camino a la cita semanal de terapia del quiropráctico de mi padre cuando fue interceptado por 4 vehículos sin placas en N Day st, en la ciudad de Orange. Se le colocó un auto delante, uno detrás y en cada lado del vehículo de mi padre, impidiendo la posibilidad de moverse. De esos vehículos se bajaron supuestos oficiales de inmigración que no quisieron identificarse. Abrieron la puerta de mi padre sin mostrar una orden judicial ni una carta de deportación hacia mi padre. Lo bajaron y lo arrestaron le quitaron las llaves del vehículo.

Mi padre no puso resistencia.

Mi madre que iba en el vehículo cuestionó a los agentes el porqué lo estaban arrestando y la bajaron del vehículo a empujones. Amenazando a mi madre con llamar a la policía si ella no se identificaba. Mi madre dejó saber a los agentes que no respondía preguntas. Y quería permanecer en silencio. Pidiendo a los agentes que llamaran a la policía.

Empezaron a registrar a mi padre y le quitaron sus pertenencias y lo subieron a un vehículo sin placas. Mi madre le pidió al agente que le devolviera la llaves del vehículo de mi padre y el respondió que no. Mi madre siguió cuestionando a los oficiales sobre si tenían una orden y el porqué no le entregaban la llave del vehículo lo que provocó que el oficial subiera al vehículo de mi padre y lo moviera del camino. Dejándolo fuera de la intersección donde fue detenido. Cerraron las puertas y se llevaron la llaves. No le dieron información del porqué ni a donde iban a trasladarlo.

Mi padre Pablo Hugo es un hombre de familia dedicado que siempre ha puesto a su familia en primer lugar. Nos ha criado bajo los valores del respeto, honestidad y compasión, es un padre cariñoso y un abuelo orgulloso que dedica tiempo valioso a sus nietas y los guía con valores sólidos. Su presencia en nuestra familia es insustituible, y su detención ha sido extremadamente difícil para todos nosotros.

Hemos construido una vida estable en Estados Unidos y trabaja arduamente cada día para mantener a su familia. A través de su esfuerzo, ha apoyado a muchas personas de nuestra comunidad, siempre dispuesto a ayudar a quienes lo necesitan.

I am writing to all members of the community with a heart full of anguish and pain during this difficult time for my family. I respectfully request that God touch your hearts and that you help us raise the necessary funds to cover legal expenses so that my father can return home to a loving family.

On Monday, March 9th, around 12:30 PM, my father, Pablo Guillermo Hugo Arias, and my mother, Rosario, were on their way to his weekly chiropractic appointment when he was intercepted by four vehicles without license plates on N Day Street in Orange. One car positioned itself in front of, one behind, and one on each side of my father's vehicle, preventing him from moving. Alleged immigration officers got out of the vehicles but refused to identify themselves. They opened my father's door without showing a warrant or deportation order. They pulled him out of the car and arrested him, taking his car keys.

My father did not resist.

My mother, who was in the car, questioned the officers about why they were arresting him, and they shoved her out of the vehicle, threatening to call the police if she didn't identify herself. My mother let the officers know that she wasn't answering questions and wanted to remain silent, asking them to call the police.

They began searching my father, taking his belongings and putting him in a vehicle with no license plates. My mother asked the officer to return my father's car keys, and he refused. My mother continued questioning the officers about whether they had a warrant and why they wouldn't give her the car keys, which prompted the officer to get into my father's car and move it out of the way, leaving it outside the intersection where he had been stopped. They locked the doors and took the keys. They didn't give her any information about why or where they were taking him. My father, Pablo Hugo, is a devoted family man who has always put his family first. He raised us with the values ​​of respect, honesty, and compassion. He is a loving father and a proud grandfather who dedicates precious time to his granddaughters and guides them with strong values. His presence in our family is irreplaceable, and his detention has been extremely difficult for all of us.

We have built a stable life in the United States, and he works hard every day to support his family. Through his efforts, he has supported many people in our community, always willing to help those in need.

In addition to supporting his own family, my father is known for his generosity. He helps his neighbors, contributes to the local community, and is respected by those who know him. He has always strived to live with honesty, responsibility, compassion, and according to God's moral principles.
