Hello friends. It has been a tough week and a half for so many of us. Thankfully our community has really helped propping each other up. At the Oyster House we have thrown out all of our food that spoiled after the power was lost. Also, we have to dump 6 fully loaded fermenters. And I am in need of some assistance with utility payments while we wait for water to return to the taps.
