Owen has been accepted and invited to participate in Torchbearers Bible school in Spain. This is the same school Elsa attended Winter of 2025. It was such a beautiful season of growth and maturity for Elsa and Owen is excited for the opportunity that God has opened for him. It’s a joy as a parent to see kids stepping out in faith and pursuing growth in the Lord. The challenges and joys of international and multicultural living is life changing and eye opening to the global church, and Christ’s work in the world.

Owen is currently attending college full time and working 25 hours a week. He doesn’t know I am posting this and has the full intention of saving to pay for the school. As a community I thought I would still offer the opportunity to invest, if there’s any desire, in a season that we know will greatly impact his soul.

We’re trusting God to meet this need and would be so grateful for your support — specifically in prayer. It’s a honor to partner with young guys as they become men of God. I’m a teary Mama thats so excited to see him fly. I also have to keep reminding myself that “healthy birds leave the nest” because I’d rather he stay home for forever.
