Support Owen's Journey Through Unemployment

Hi all, Owen here!

At the beginning of April 2024, I was fired for alleged performance issues, and with the help of my lawyer was able to secure a slightly better severance package. Unfortunately, 2 months later, the check has not cleared and my bills have begun to pile up, and I need help.

Some of you may know, but many: I have been estranged from my family for over 7 years, and cannot rely on them for any support. So, I am passing around a virtual hat to help me through the next 2 months as I come to a separation agreement that suits both parties.

The donations would (hopefully) cover 2 months worth of rent and utilities ($1300/month), help cover my other bills, my storage unit, as well as groceries, and legal fees for my lawyer ($1680).

Update: still unemployed, but the check did clear! Will keep this open for time being, hopefully can get a few bills covered!
