The 16U Elite Madhatters Team just had an amazing weekend at the Peach Tree Showdown in Atlanta, GA! It was a weekend of firsts. First tournament game shutout for Owen. First tournament game tie. First tournament championship game. First championship game ending the 3rd period tied! First overtime period that also ended in a tie!!! Finally, Owen's first shootout experience in the net. Ultimately, the team lost on the 3rd round of the shootout. We are super proud of Owen & this team!! Now to take that energy & positivity back to Tampa for our 2nd tournament in Florida and to Louisville, KY for our first SYTHL League weekend of the season in October.
