Hi! My name is Owen Yang and I co-founded ZotBins in 2017 with a goal to help reduce and better manage waste with helpful tools and technologies. Since then, it has grown so much and is currently a club at UCI. I love seeing the team grow and have been helping to finance some of the AWS charges since I graduated in 2020.

I wanted to start this fund because I just wanted to reach out to our network and see if others would like to support funding the AWS charges as well. Right now it costs ~$350 per year.

For context, the current team uses AWS (Amazon Web Services) to store and process waste data (images, sensor readings, etc.) For any further questions feel free to reach out!
