Adorable 5-yo Balboa found herself taken as a stray to the West Valley Shelter a couple weeks ago. She struggled at the shelter and soon landed on the euthanasia list because of kennel stress (aka space). Enter local rescue Outta the Cage. Due to their networking, Balboa has a home waiting for her in Washington. Now comes the task of getting her there. Balboa is at the shelter getting fixed and will be on her way in a few days.
