I'm Wissam deeb, Oussama's brother,

The last three months have been the hardest for our family.

On Monday, September 25, 2023, received the dreadful news of Oussama being in a car accident in Abu Dhabi.

He suffered from multiple fractures and serious injuries to his body as well as a head trauma that left him unconscious for 3 weeks. He underwent many surgeries, all of which were successful.

Oussama is now out of the hospital and in a rehab center in Dubai.

He came a long way and still has a journey ahead of him.

For those of you who know Oussama, you know that he is a lover of life, a strong-willed guy who never says no to adventure, and a chicken shawarma sandwich. He is kind and humble, funny and smart, a great friend, and above all an amazing father. Oussama deserves a chance for a full recovery.

This fund is intended to help cover the costs associated with his recovery - the long and uncertain rehabilitation needs, as well as provide Oussama with what he needs to enable him to get back on his feet as soon as possible. These expenses include physiotherapy sessions, speech and language therapy lessons, cognitive and occupational therapy sessions, and ongoing costs of his care.

Oussama's accident has taught us a lot about faith, acceptance, grace, love, and what a community means.
