Scott will soon be 51 years young in August. He is a husband, father, papa, brother, nephew, uncle, friend and veteran.

On May 24, 2020 he married his best friend Cyrstal. Scott & Crystal have been friends for 20 years, together for 10 years.

They have 6 children, 5 grandchildren…Willow, Zayden, Conner, Braxtynn and Brodi. Their youngest granddaughters are Brodi 1 and Braxtynn 2 year old sisters.

Of course Papa is their best buddy. Scott was able to see Brodi start walking in July. As they spend precious time together playing and laughing. It is the best medicine there is, especially for Scott.

They live close by their family in South Beloit Illinois and are able to have routine weekly visits with Papa Scott and Grandma Crystal.

Scott was an E4 Corporal in the Marines and served from August 20, 1990 – August 19, 1994. His boot camp started at Paris Island South Carolina. Then to Northfork Virginia. From there to Okinawi Japan and finished at Camp Pentdleton California.

For the last 3 years they have been dealing with Renal Cell Carcinoma stage 4 kidney incurable cancer.

Scott has exhausted all of his treatments, unless the V.A. finds clinical trial treatment. Scott has surpassed the normal time frame with this type of cancer and has beat the odds.

During this time they have been blessed and able to see and be a part of their grandchildren special little personalities. As they grow from the beginning of birth to 5 years now.

At the same time experiencing being grandparents. For they have given Scott and Crystal even more strength and hope. Along with their unconditional love and memories.

We are asking everyone to pray for Scotts healing to be released. For all the cancer, tumors, pain, all unclean things are destroyed forever.

For Scott is completely restored and made new again in Jesus Mighty Name it is done! For we have already been healed by Your stripes Jesus! Isaiah 53:5 Thank You Lord!

We are also asking everyone who is able to help Scott and Crystal pay for his medical bills, his medicine and traveling to doctors.

Including helping on any income as Crystal has been taking leave of absence as needed from her job at the Veterans Assistant Commissions office.

Scott is not V.A disabled, meaning his disability was not caused from or at the time of him serving. So he does not qualify for any reimbursement or assistance.

We truly appreciate it and are deeply grateful for all your prayers and any donations.
