As many of you know and others may just be learning our uncle recently suffered a serious fall that caused a spinal injury. Since the accident, he has been unable to walk and has very limited strength in both hands. His condition is worsening, and without surgery soon, he may become permanently disabled.

This is an urgent situation, and the surgery is essential but unfortunately, very expensive. In Mexico, surgeries must be paid for in full before they can happen. There is no option to proceed without full upfront payment.
