Description: We are raising funds to attend a youth recovery expo in Los Angeles, California, August 4-6, as part of our work with Young People in Recovery (YPR). This trip is an incredible opportunity for us to enhance our skills as an advocate and peer support specialist. At the expo, we will learn about overdose prevention, discover new ways to engage with the community through sobriety, and gain valuable tools to support individuals in recovery.

By attending this event, we aim to bring back innovative strategies and knowledge with our work with YPR, a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping those in recovery. This experience will not only improve our professional skills but also deepen our understanding of the recovery process, allowing us to better serve those who are suffering in silence.
