Hi everyone,

It’s Patty and James here, and we’re about to begin a very important journey together. ❤️

In November 2025, James suffered a severe mental health breakdown after prolonged mistreatment and extreme stress caused by his employer. During this incredibly dark period, he attempted to take his own life 5 times and was placed on heavy anti-depressants, anti-anxiety medication, and sleeping tablets.

Thankfully, with support, love, and time, James is now in a much more stable and hopeful place mentally. But recovery is not something that happens overnight, and this journey means so much more than just travel for us.

We are embarking on a 90-day trip, starting in the north of Portugal and finishing in Naples, Italy.

Why are we doing this?

Because this experience represents healing, freedom, peace, and a chance for James to continue rebuilding his life and mental wellbeing away from the environment that caused so much pain.

We truly cannot complete this journey without support from kind people. Every donation, no matter how small, genuinely helps us continue this healing adventure together.
