Hello global contributors and supporters,
Our team at The Movement Warehouse understands this is a questionable time for everyone and we are each being affected in many different ways. Some of us are embracing working from home, some of us that already worked from home are losing their minds, and some of us have taken huge financial hits because of the quarantine and small business shutdowns.
Whether you have been a part of our community for the last 2.5 years, or you just discovered us through our virtual Zoom workouts, we are so happy to have you and want to thank you for continuing to show up and sweat with us.
These past couple weeks have brought many ups and downs and we don’t know what the future holds but the support we’ve received via email and texts lets us know we’re doing something right and coming out of this period we will be okay.
Moving forward into this season, although we don't know what lies ahead, we do know we will have many bills to catch up on and hopefully, government loans to repay which will help keep our trainers fed and our gym in operation during this downtime. In return for your support, we have tried our best to provide you with workouts that still focus on muscle building while challenging your limits.
As this continues we want to use our Zoom platform to offer more and more options for class times, not only to accommodate your new schedules but also to give our team more opportunity to work. The more money we can raise the more we can support we can provide to everyone around us.
So thank you again, for showing up to our Zoom classes, sharing us with your friends, and all the donations and kind words that have been given to us. Your support lets us do what we do best, motivate (talk trash), strengthen (is that soup can enough weight, Chad?), and come together as a community through fitness and laughter.
We are so appreciative of all donations, whether a large one time or smaller donations per class. Please only donate what is financially responsible to you, as we would never want fitness to be an added stress in an unbelievably stressful time. Fuck COVID-19. Let's all come out of this more united, more connected, more loving, more forgiving and most importantly, more stronger ;)
Stay healthy, stay hydrated, stay alive,
-The Movement Warehouse Team
