2020 has been a challenge for small businesses everywhere! Service based industries like restaurants and salons have had to become creative to keep their doors open while the public are encouraged to stay at home and social distance.
We absolutely LOVE our team at Let Em Have It, we have tried to help them in any way that we are able during this time. For the shut down back in March Kyle and I personally gave each of them a monetary gift to help them along with cashing out any PTO, while they waited for unemployment benefits to kick in.
Although we are practicing safety, getting our team tested every month, and abiding by all of the COVID guidelines, we are just not able to be as busy as we usually are during the holidays. We're normally at 90% booked during the holiday months and this month we are at about 50%.
Since this pandemic, it's been costly for small businesses to be able to support their team and expenses with less customers. We have decided to adjust our hours to consolidate our days to save on expenses and to limit our exposure.
We have launched a Go Fund Me for our team, please consider donating to support them during this time.
Thanks so much for all of your efforts in staying safe, and supporting local business.
To provide a resource to our customers, we created an online directory to support local businesses that are practicing COVID Guidelines. Please consider local for all of your purchases, now more then ever local business needs all of our support!
