My sister Tammy at Windy River Farms just rescued this sweet Amish mare! My niece fell head over heels for her and just couldn’t bear to leave her in the situation she was in. This poor girl was headed straight for the auction block until my sister stepped in at the last second.

​She’s safe in a stable now, but she’s got a long road to recovery. She really needs X-rays and a procedure to remove some dead tissue. We want to get her back to the vet ASAP to get her feeling better. Any little bit helps us give this girl the life she deserves!
